季節の変わり目 a change of season

暑さに慣れた体にとって、今朝は随分寒く感じました。今まで伸びて寝ていた老犬も、丸くなって寝ていました。

I felt very cold this morning, because I was used to the heat.
It was the first time in this season that my old dog curled himself up and slept. Until now he stretched himself and slept.
