手水(ちょうず) cyouzu

　凍てついたちょうずです。沈んだモミジの葉がよいアクセントになっています。

　A 'cyouzu' was frozen. The sunken maple leaf was a nice accent.

　'Chozu' is usually set at the precinct of a Shinto shrine or Buddhist temple where worshippers cleanse their hands and mouth.
