年輪が語る annual ring told

これは、6トンもの重量がある伐採された、ブナの木です。年輪を見ると6本の幹が一つになったことが確認できます。ブナの木以外も含まれているのでしょうか。見事に周りの幹を包含しながら、一本の大きな木に育った痕跡です。

This is a felled beech which weighs 6 tons. Watching the annual ring, I confirmed that six trunks had become one. I wonder if a tree except a beech was included.
The trace is showing that the beeches merged neighboring trees and grew up to one big tree wonderfully.

ハイダナミックレンジ合成 HDR(high dyanamic range imaging)

この写真は、HDR合成したものではありません。単に暗部を明るくし、明部を暗くしただけです。そのため画像は随分荒れてしまいました。暗い窓が、HDR処理もどきにより、青い空と八重桜を映していることが分かりました。撮影した者の個人的な喜びです。

This photograph is not HDR composition. I merely lightened the dark part and darkened the light part. Therefore the image got rough compared with the original. But I found that the dark grass window was reflecting the blue sky and double cherry blossoms. It was my personal joy.

新緑 new green leaves

肥料を与えられない、果実も収穫されないと思われる、放置された柿の林ですが、新緑は輝いています。

Probably those persimmon trees are not given the fertilizer either and are not harvested also. It is a grove of the persimmon which has been abandoned.
But the new green leaves are sparkling.

ツリガネズイセン scilla hispanica

時々通る道の端に、ツリガネズイセンが咲いていました。結構、目立つ花ですが今まで気が付きませんでした。

The Scilla hispanica have bloomed on the roadside which I sometimes pass.
It is a outstanding flower, but I have not noticed it ever.

なんと、どぎつい色でしょう。
チューリップのようですが、随分と花茎が短いです。

What a violent hue!
I think these are tulips, but stalks are too short as a tulip.

露出の故障 malfunction of exposure

カメラの自動露出が時々狂います。どんな明るさでも、最高シャッタースピードが設定されます。そのため、撮れた写真は真っ暗です。5年近く使ったカメラなので、そろそろ買い替えのタイミングなのでしょう。でも、欲しいと思う魅力的なカメラがありません。私に取って最近のカメラは、冷蔵庫や洗濯機と同じ位置づけになってしまったようです。困ったものです。

The exposure of my camera is sometimes out of order. For any brightness, the maximum shutter speed is set. The photograph which came out is pitch dark. Because it is the camera which I used for nearly five years, it is about time to replace it. However there is no attractive camera in the market now.  All cameras look same like refrigerators and washing machines. The appearance of an attractive camera is waited for.
