鐘をならす to ring a bell

お寺では、鐘を棒で突いて鳴らします。一方、教会では紐を引いて鳴らします。
色々な方法があるのは面白いです。
お寺では余韻に浸り、教会では連打の音に包まれます。

To ring a bell, we strike it with a log at a temple, but we pull a string and swing it in a church.
It is interesting that there are various ways to do so.
I indulge in the lingering bell sound at a temple.
I am enveloped in the repeatedly ringing bell sound at a church.

キツネノカミソリ Red heart lily

彼岸花と同様に、葉のない茎が地面から伸びて、その先に花が咲く。正確には、花がさく頃には葉が枯れている。
それぞれがそれぞれのかたちで生きている。

Like a cluster amaryllis, a stem without the leaf lengthens from the ground, and flowers open at the tip.  Correctly, when the flowers are opening, the leaves died already.
Each exists in the form of each.

熱中症 heat stroke

熱い日でしたが、美味しいスモークチーズ他ができました。
カメラ機材を、とても重く感じた一日でした。多分、熱中症の一歩手前だったのでしょう。

We got delicious smoked cheese and others under the hot summer sun.
I felt my camera very heavy today. Probably I was one step this sides of the heat stroke.

貧乏徳利 sake bottle

鑑賞目的でなく、実用性に重きをおいて作られたものですが、愛着を感じる造形です。ガラスの一升瓶から、酒をこの徳利に移して使用したいものです。

This bottle was used from a wine shop to consumers as a transportation container of the sake in old days. It belongs to the wine shop. Now, it is replaced a glass bottle and cannot be used. Capacity is 1.8 liters.

This bottle was made for utility, not for appreciation. But it has good shape, so I want to hold the sake in these old earthenware bottle instead of the glass bottle.

夜の暗闇で in the black of night

ここを訪れる人を見かけません。日中、居るのは蚊ばかりです。
近くの地面が、広範囲に掘り返されています。倒された石仏もあります。夜中にイノシシが、ミミズをがむしゃらに漁ったと思われます。
日が暮れるとここは、魑魅魍魎が跋扈する世界かもしれません。

There are few coming people. There are only mosquito during the day.
The ground nearby was dug up widely. There is a statue which fell down, too. I think that wild boars hunted for earthworms violently here.
After the sun has set, it may become the world that evil spirits dominate over here.
