遅咲き梅 a late-blooming plum

今日は5月のような暖かい一日でした。
幸運にも遅咲きの梅を見る事ができ、晴れやかな気分です。

Fortunately I was able to see a late-blooming plum tree, so I felt cheerful.

鳥獣撃退装置 wildlife repulsing device

周期的にザワつく音がしますが、人間にはそれほど不快ではないです。
何もない山の中で、何を守っているのでしょうか。

I heard a buzz sound periodically, but thought it was not so unpleasant for a human being.
I didn't realize what this device worked for in this open mountain.

何だろう I wonder what it is.

水底からはがれ浮いてきたものが、なめし皮のように見えます。
はじめて見る不思議なものです。気持ちの悪い色なので、モノクロにしました。

There is a thing looking like cowhide which came off from the water bottom.
Never have I seen such a mysterious thing. I posted a monochrome picture, because it was an unpleasant color.

森の中の監視カメラ surveillance camera in a forest

森の中に監視カメラが設置されています。このカメラは、赤外線センサーで動物を検知すると、動画の記録を開始します。野生動物はもちろんですが、私の挙動も撮影されます。

A surveillance camera has been installed in a forest. When the camera detects an animal with an infrared sensor, the camera record it by moving image. Not to mention a wild animal, my behavior is recorded also.

静かに漂う drift silently

何処から飛んできたのでしょうか、ブナの枯れ葉が浮んでいました。

I wondered where these dead leaves came from?
The dead leaves of the beech were floating.

今日は、さらに立派な卵を見つけました。

トウキョウサンショウウオ Hynobius tokyoensis

廃田のどん詰まり、湧き水のあるところで、勾玉形をした一対のトウキョウサンショウウオの卵を見つけました。生息環境が脅かされていますが、無事に孵化して子孫を残して欲しいものです。

I found a pair of comma-shaped eggs of salamander at the small stream in the inmost abolished field. Their biotope is threatened. I wish they would be hatched safely and their descendant would be prospered.
