230階段 230steps
数える度に段数が異なるので、もう数えるは止めました。
奥様と思われる人に支えられて、ここでリハビリをしている方がおられました。 声援をおくりたいけれど、会釈するだけですれ違いました。
Whenever I count the number of steps, the results are different. So I stopped it any more.
I met a man who was undergoing rehabilitation here supported by a woman who seemed his wife. Though I wanted to cheer the couple, I only nodded and passed them.

ソシンロウバイ winter sweet
冬の花の少ない時期に咲き、香りもよく比較的長く咲き続けるので、珍重されています。花びらの蝋細工のような質感にも特徴があります。

切り倒された木の幹にカワラタケが生えていました。蝶々が止まっているようにも見えます。美しいようでもあり、気持ちが悪いようでもあり。
