フレグラント・アプリコット Fragrant Apricot

台風24号の風雨に耐えてフレグラント・アプリコットが一輪咲いていました。台風24号はベトナムでTramiと命名されましたが、Tramiはバラ科の花の名前だそうです。

There is one Fragrant Apricot blooming there in spite of the wind and rain of super typhoon Trami. By the way, Trami seems to be the name of the flower of the rose family.

ホオズキ chinese lantern plant

赤い皮が朽ちて網目になってきました。

Red skin is decaying and becoming the mesh net.

出入り口 doorway

パイロットは、通常ここからコクピットへ、はしごを使って出入りします。随分狭そうです。

Pilots usually go in and out from this doorway with a ladder. It seems very narrow.

タマアジサイ Hydrangea involucrata

一筋の日差しが、タマアジサイの上でゆらめいています。

The ray of sunshine is playing on the Hydrangea involucrate.

ホウキグサ summer cypress

いつもと違う道を通ったら、ホウキグサが栽培されている畑がありました。紅葉も見に来たいと思います。

When I went along a unusual way, I found the field where summer cypresses bloomed. I would like to come and see the autumn leaves of these as well.

今年はどういうわけか庭のあちこちで、ニホンアマガエルを見かけます。ヘビも初めて現れました。

Inexplicably, in this year, I often see Japanese tree frogs in my garden. A snake also appeared for the first time.

百日紅 crape myrtle

花の名前の通り、長く咲いています。

Japanese name means that this flower is blooming for 100 days.
