安曇野の新芽 sprout of Azumino

アメリカ 安曇野は、つるバラの品種名です。
新芽が赤いのは、アントシアニン色素が多く含まれ、紫外線から葉緑素（クロロフィル）を守っているためです。
人間の瞳の色についてですが、太陽光が強い緯度の低い地方の人種は、紫外線から目を保護するため、メラミン色素が多いので黒い色（ダークブラウン）をしています。
注、2017年3月30日にバラの名前を修正しました。

About human eye color, The peoples who live in low latitude have dark brown eyes. This is because that many melamine pigments protect their eyes from ultraviolet rays.

スプリング・エフェメラル spring ephemeral

カタクリがいよいよ咲き始めました。
カタクリや福寿草など、春先に花をつけ、夏には葉を落とし、その後は地下茎で過ごす植物を、スプリング・エフェメラル「春の儚いもの」と呼びます。

A few Japanese dog's tooth violets are just beginning to come out.

新芽が伸び始めました。新芽の頃は、紫外線から身を守るため赤色をしています。

ツツジ科に属するカルーナ・ブルガリスだと思います。一鉢380円で売られています。

福寿草 amur adonis

花びらの裏側にはこげ茶色の筋が見えます。福寿草の特徴ですが、葉脈のなごりなのでしょうか。

There are dark brown stripes in the back of the petal. It is a characteristic of an Amur adonis, I wonder if it is the trace of the vein.

ヒメリュウキンカ lesser celandine

光をすくいとるように咲いていました。

It bloomed as if it scooped the sunlight into the flower.
