只今、イルミネーション用シャンペンタワーの準備中です。

They are preparing the champagne glasses pyramid for Christmas illumination.

紅葉 autumn color

オールドレンズを使って、紅葉を撮影しました。現代のレンズに比べると、ぼんやりした写りですが、少し幻想的な雰囲気が出るようです。

I shot autumn leaves using old lens. Compared to modern lenses, the result is foggy, but it seems to have slightly a fantastic atmosphere.

どぶろく unrefined sake

どぶろくを飲んでみました。とても酸っぱかったです。
ラベルには、火入れしてあると記載されていますので、この酸味は杜氏が意図した味なのでしょう。(発酵は既に止まっています。)

I tried "Doburoku", unrefined sake. It was a very sour experience.
This sour taste is probably a chief brewer's intended result, because the label said that this bottle have been heated. (Fermentation was already stopped.)
