どぶろく unrefined sake

どぶろくを飲んでみました。とても酸っぱかったです。
ラベルには、火入れしてあると記載されていますので、この酸味は杜氏が意図した味なのでしょう。(発酵は既に止まっています。)

I tried "Doburoku", unrefined sake. It was a very sour experience.
This sour taste is probably a chief brewer's intended result, because the label said that this bottle have been heated. (Fermentation was already stopped.)

道に迷う got lost

道に迷ったお蔭で、紅葉真っ最中のイロハモミジに出会いました。

I came across colored leaves in full swing of Japanese maple because I lost my way.

吊るし柿 persimmon hunged to dry

路地裏で見つけた光景です。

The scene caught my attention when I walked the back alley.
An astringent persimmon becomes sweet after dried in the sun.

宿場町 old post town

古の宿場町を歩いてみました。

I walked on an old post station.

輝く紅葉 shining colored leaves

モミジが逆光に輝いています。

Japanese maple leaves are shining in backlight.

カエデ maple

空がカエデの葉で覆わているようです。

It seems that the sky is covered with leaves of maples.
