バラの香りで蚊を落とす to drop a mosquito with fragrance of rose

バラの香りがする蚊取り線香を試してみました。
煙くないのが魅力的です。でも、バラの香りとは異なります。
もっともバラの香りだと、かえって昆虫がよって来ると思います。

I tried the mosquito-repellent coil which has the fragrance of a rose.
This is a good product which is not smoky. But it is different from the fragrance of the rose.
I think that if it has the real fragrance insects will come to the room actually.

二輪事故 motorcycle accident

今日は天気も良く、自動車専用道路には多くのオートバイが走っていました。

ガスがかかっているものの、富士山もよく見え、快適なドライブを楽しんでおりましたが、2件のオートバイ事故の現場を次々と見ることになりました。

2件目の事故：
渋滞の中、路側帯を救急車が追い抜いて行きましたので、ライダーは負傷したのでしょう。バイクの損傷は少ないようですので、怪我も軽いと良いのですが。

道路に転がるヘルメットがなんとも物悲しく印象に残りました。


The weather was fine today, so many motorcycles ran on a highway.
I could see Mt. Fuji in a slight haze. And I enjoyed a drive, but saw two motorcycle accident sites one after another.

The second case:
When I crawl along in a traffic jam, one ambulance ran off on the side strip. Maybe the rider got injured in the accident.

It seemed there was little damage on the motorcycle, so I hope the injury of the rider is slight.

The helmet which was left on the road made me sad.

熱い屋根の猫 Cat on a Hot Roof

昨日、通りを歩いていると、一匹の猫が松の木の上から、私をずっと睨んでいました。写真に撮ろうと出かけましたが、今日はその猫ちゃんはいませんでした。
帰り道、こんなところに黒猫2匹がいるのを見つけました。

Yesterday, as I was walking along a street, a cat on a pine tree kept on gazing at me. So I went to the spot to snap a picture of the cat, but I couldn't meet the cat again.
On the way home, I found two black cats in such a place.

The roof was not made from tin.

宅配弁当 Home delivery supper

今日は、土用丑の日ということで、宅配弁当のメニューは、鰻の蒲焼きでした。
申し訳なさそうに、二切れの破片が乗っています。値段が500円程度と安いので仕方のないことです。
おかずは薄味で悪くはありません。でも、ご飯は柔らかすぎです。セブンイレブンのお弁当は、お米は美味しいので、あのように作れないのでしょうか。
宅配弁当は、高齢者向けなので、やわらかいほうがいいのかも知れません。

Today is a day of a cow of the dog days.
We Japanese have a custom to eat grilled eels in soy sauce on this day. So today's menu of the delivery to home supper was a grilled eel.
There are two fragments of eel apologetically. Because a price is low with around 500 yen, I took it well.
The side dish is not bad in light seasoning. But the rice is too tender.
Seven-Eleven sells delicious rice as a take-out lunch. I think that they should make it in the same way.
But this product is mainly for elderly people, it might be first priority to soften it.

毒吸引器 Poison remover

首の後ろに何かが飛び込み、同時にチクッと傷みを感じました。反射的に手が動き、衿ごと掴み取りました。なんと、クロスズメバチに刺されました。
過去に、軽いアナフィラキシーショック症状の経験があるので心配しましたが、大事には至りませんでした。
クロスズメバチは、それほど獰猛な見てくれではありませんが、好きになることはできません。

Something jumped into my neck color and I felt a prick.  My hand moved reflexively and I grabbed something from above my collar. Oh my God, I was bitten by a vespula.
I experienced of a light anaphylactic shock symptom in a past, so I worried. Fortunately, I did not reach the serious matter.
A vespula does not have ferocious appearance, but I can't come to like it.

悪意のあるサイト Malicious site

小学校の課外事業で使うテキストの作成を始めました。
使用する漢字が学習済か調べるために、インターネットのあるサイトを参照しようとしたところ、なんとそのサイトは、ハイランクの危険なサイトであると、ウイルス対策ソフトが警告を出しました。

誤検知かもしれませんが、あえて危険を冒すことは止めて、本の辞書を利用することにしました。

I began to make a text which will be used at primary school in this summer extracurricular lesson.
I consulted with the certain internet site to see whether the Chinese characters which are used in the text had been learned. To my surprise, my anti-virus software gave me a warning. It said that there is a high rank risk on this site.

It might be a false detection, but I avoided running a risk. I decided to use printed dictionary.
