クロッカス crocus

花は地面すれすれに咲くので、雨のはねた泥がついた花が多くありました。

Because the flower blooms near the ground, there were many flowers with the mud that rain splashed.

ユキワリイチゲ anemone keiskeana

花弁に見えるのは萼片で、少し紫色がかっています。葉もくすんだ緑色をしており、ユキワリイチゲは控えめに咲いていました。

These were sepals to look like petals and were slightly purple, and the leaves were dusty green.
The Anemone keiskeana bloomed modestly.

セツブンソウ eranthis pinnatifida

セツブンソウは、日本原産の植物です。可憐な花は人気もあり、乱獲や自生地の環境破壊により、環境省のレッドリストには、準絶滅危惧（ＮＴ）として登録されています。

It is an indigenous plant of Japan. The pretty flower is popular.
By indiscriminate hunting and destruction of the environment, it is designated as a near-threatened species on the red list of the Ministry of the Environment.

枯れたコウヤボウキ dead pertya scandens

この道は、コウヤボウキの枯れた花が、まだ沢山残っていました。花の咲く9月頃にまた来ようと思います。

There were many dead pertya scandens still remain on this path.
I will come again next about September when this flower bloom.

ニワトコ Japanese red elder

ニワトコの枝を止まり木に使うと、小鳥が病気にならないと言われています。
芽は天ぷらにすると美味しいそうです。忘れなければ、来月くらいに、やってみようと思います。

They say that if we use this branch of a Japanese red elder for a perch, a small bird will not get sick.
If we deep-fry this bud, it seems to be delicious. I intend to try it around next month if I do not forget it.

アオキ Japanese aucuba

アオキの枝は頼りないのですが、鬱陶しいほどよく茂ります。傷が付いた部分は真っ黒になります。赤い実は印象的ですが、この木は庭木には向かないと思います。

The branches of the Japanese aucuba are unreliable, but these branches  grow thick and get on my nerves. The damaged part becomes jet black. The red fruits are impressive, but I think that this tree is not suitable for a garden tree.

テイカカズラの種 seed of a star jasmine

近くにテイカカズラの木がないので、この種はかなりの距離を飛んできたのでしょう。

There was not a tree of star jasmine there, so I think this seed maybe took a long flying.
