呼吸を忘れる forget to breathe

マニュアルフォーカスで息を止めてシャッターを切るのですが、ときどき息を再開するのを忘れて焦ることがあります。

After I stop my breath, I focus my camera manually and press the shutter, but I sometimes forget to breathe again and I am panicked.

ニホンカモシカ Japanwse serow

ニホンカモシカが私の方へ駆けあがってきましたが、私に気が付き一目散に逃げていきました。30m程離れると、そこからこちらの様子をうかがっていました。
ニホンカモシカのメスは、オスと同じ大きさの角を持っているので、メスとオスを見分けることは困難です。

A Japanese serow run up toword me, but he/she noticed me and ran away. When he/she left about 30meters from me, he/she stopped there and checked me carefully.
Female Japanese serows have a pair of horns of the same size as male, so it is difficult to distinguish between male and female.
