ウリカエデ uri maple

　ウリカエデの木肌は、特に若木の時は瓜の表面のように緑色でなめらかです。この皮は切り口から指で簡単に剥がすことができます。剥がすと水分でびっしょり濡れた白色のなめらかな材が現れます。

　この水分は、もしかしてメイプルシロップのように甘いのではないかと思いましたが、無色無臭で味はありませんでした。
