桜の多様化 diversification of cherry tree

染井吉野（ソメイヨシノ）は、すべてクローン故、一斉に咲き、一斉に散ることはよく知られています。寿命60年と云われるソメイヨシノの保護はされていますが、桜の多様化も進められているようです。桜の多様化が進めば、花見の風景も随分変わることでしょうね。
