サンシュユ shan zhu yu

サンシュユの枝を牛乳に入れて一晩置くと、ヨーグルトができるそうですが、やったことはありません。

They say if you put branches of "Shan Zhu Yu" into milk overnight, the milk turns into yoghurt. But I have never done it.
