立浪草(タツナミソウ) skull cap

白いタツナミソウも植えられていましたが、泥がはねて汚れていました。背の低い草は降雨は苦手のようです。

White skullcaps were also planted, but was dirty  with mud spots. Short grass seems to be weak at rainfall.
