姫立金花(ヒメリュウキンカ) lesser celandine

　ヒメリュウキンカとリュウキンカの花は、似ているので、似た名前が付けられていますが、違う種類の植物です。ヒメリュウキンカ（Ranunculus ficaria）は、欧州原産、リュウキンカ（Caltha palustris var. nipponica）は日本原産です。

　The flowers of ”Hime-Ryuukinnka”, or lesser celandine, and "Ryuukinka",  or yellow marsh marigold, are similar, so they have similar names, but they are different families of plants. Lesser celandine is native to Europe, and yellow marsh marigold is native to Japan.
