水仙(スイセン) narcissus

　原種に近い品種と比べると、最近のものはずいぶんと姿かたちが、豪華になってきたようです。

　チューリップにも同じ傾向が見られます。

　Compared to breeds that are close to the original species, the newer varieties seem to have become much gorgeous in appearance.

　The same tendency may be observed in tulips.
