メドーセージ Brazilian sage

　メドーセージは、萼と茎が黒い色のものが圧倒的に多いのですが、写真に示したセージの萼と茎は緑色をしています。これは、園芸品種として作られたコスキン種です。花の色も少し明るい感じがします。どちらも、生き物が口を大きく開いたように見えるのは同じです。

　The calyx and stem of Brazilian Sage are usually black, but those of the plant shown in the image below are green. This is the Cosquin variety, which was developed as a horticultural cultivar. The flowers also seem a little brighter. Wide-open mouths are visible on the creatures in both plants.
