アエオニウム Aeonium

　アエオニウムは茎の先端に、花びらのように並ぶ、多肉質の葉をつけます。中心から外側に向かうグラデーションには、神秘的な美しさを感じます。
　アエオニウムは、植物全体（属）としての和名はありませんが、品種ごとにはあります。それぞれが個性豊かなの品種だからなのでしょう。

　Aeonium has fleshy leaves at the tips of stems that are arranged like petals of a flower. I feel a mystical beauty in the gradation that extends outward from the center.
　Aeonium does not have a single Japanese common name for the entire genus, but individual varieties have their own names. I suppose because each variety holds a unique character.
